Menu Planning

Green Hills Country Club catering menus include a variety of the most popular dishes. We would be pleased to design a specialty menu for you and along with our Executive Chef to make your event unique and memorable.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Alcohol may only be served by club servers and bartenders. All liquor service must be provided by Green Hills Country Club. Menus and price structures are available upon request. If a special request is made for beverages not normally carried by Green Hills Country Club, we will make every effort to assist the client.

Service Charge & Sales Tax

A 22% service charge will be added to the entire cost of the banquet. The 22% service charge is subject to 9.0% (or current state sales tax) in accordance with the California State Board of Equalization Regulation No. 1603.


Seating will be at round tables of 10 people unless otherwise requested. Special seating diagrams with numbers are available for assigned seating. Arrangements with our catering office are necessary if you require assigned seating. Head table, gift table, cake table and prize tables will be available upon request, prior to event.

Security Policy

If required, in our sole judgment, in order to maintain adequate security measures in light of the size and/or nature of your function, you will provide, at your expense, security personnel supplied by a reputable licensed guard or security agency doing business in the city or county in which we are located, which agency will be subject to our prior approval. Such security personnel may not carry weapons.


Green Hills Country Club does not assume any liability for personal property brought into the club. Personal property left at the conclusion of your event will be disposed of or become the property of Green Hills Country Club. Any damage to the premises attributed to your event’s use of our facilities will become the client’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

Banquet Hours and Banquet Room Rental Rates

You agree to begin your function promptly at the scheduled start time and have your guests; invitees and other persons vacate the designated Event space at the end time indicated on the final Event Order.


All candle decorations must be approved prior to the event and in accordance with Millbrae Fire Code. Green Hills Country Club does not allow decorations to be stapled, tapped, nailed, or any other substance to be affixed to any of the walls, floors, or ceilings. No glitter, confetti or balloons are permitted on site. All vendor items and personal items must be removed at the conclusion of your event or it will become property of Green Hills.
